Installation Completion Timeline

Skyview Electronics aims to complete most installations within 1 to 3 business days following the agreed start date. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or emergencies beyond our control, may impact our ability to adhere to this timeline. In such cases, our team will keep you informed of any updates and work diligently to ensure the project is completed as promptly as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality and care.


Refunds and Additional Costs

We believe in fairness and transparency when it comes to financial adjustments:

  1. Refunds: Any parts or labor included in the original quote but not used during the installation will be refunded to the payment method on file (e.g., credit card) or issued via e-transfer. These refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the project’s completion.
  2. Additional Costs: In the event that additional parts or labor are required beyond the original scope of the project, these items will be discussed with you and charged only after your agreement. The associated costs will then be billed to the payment method on file.
